Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn about my practice. My name is Dr. Kelly Paquette, and I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience treating a range of mental health struggles including post-traumatic stress, depression, trauma, anxiety, and stress. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you feel fully heard, understood, and supported. I enjoy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapy approaches to help you make meaningful changes in your life, as well as gaining insight and awareness into patterns of relationships, behaviors, and emotions. My treatment approach is highly collaborative, individualized, empowering, and integrative.
I enjoy working with adults in Orange County and via telemedicine across the state of California. Before working in private practice, I spent a decade working as a clinical psychologist at Kaiser Permanente where I developed and led treatment programs focused on trauma and depression. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente, my doctoral internship at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, and received my master’s and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
In addition to my work as a psychologist, I’m also a certified yoga teacher and often co-lead retreats and workshops on the integration of yoga and mental health treatment. I’m a firm believer in the importance of treating the whole person, as well as the healing power of nature and social connection. If you’d like to learn more about my services and see if we might be a good fit to work together, please reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
